I attended Shanghai Fashion Week after five years. This time I got invited to the top fashion shows and got to meet Chinese influencers, which was super fun and inspirational. Here are my favorite street looks from this season. Check out my Instagram story highlights for SHFW runway shows (@chrishanxoxo)
Special thanks for my sponsors Christian Louboutin Shanghai and Leaf Xia Studio. Hey girls, I went to Thailand for the first time! I have been wanting to go to Thailand for years. This time the Peninsula Bangkok made my dream come true. I had a wonderful trip staying by the riverside of Bangkok. The hospitality of this Peninsula went above and beyond our expectation. I felt so grateful to be their influencer and to have the chance to experience the authentic Thai hospitality, food and culture. I am in love with this amazing country. Now I understand why they are "the country of smile" and they live up their names. Here I shared some of my favorite #PenMoments from this trip. Hope you enjoy! Xx We enjoyed an amazing Sunset Cocktail Cruise on Chao Phraya River. The most iconic attractions are along the banks of the River.
Outfit: XOXO top, Socialite Clothing skirt. It's super exciting that I can wear winter styles that I didn't get to wear in Los Angeles. When I was in NYC during the fashion week, it was about 30F during the day. After the snow, the city turned white in sun. I was so glad that I packed a few heavy coats for the weather. I can't wait to share the rest of my street looks from this trip. NAKD fashion suit set + Rudsak Coat + Gucci Mini Crossbody
A red Valentino dress with bold leopard prints is no doubt a cute holiday outfit to impress this season. Love the dolly shirt dress design for a warm wintery look. I paired it with a Vintage Chanel Bag and black sock boots. This outfit is inspired by Jennifer Lopez's Red Carpet look.
*Photo Credit: Getty I would never expect such a beautiful warm fall in Tokyo. I went to Tokyo last month and had so much fun in this amazing city. The culture, food and people are just fascinating. I definitely want to go back soon. On this trip, I mixed a few LA made items with some new founds in Tokyo for my style photos. Hope you guys enjoy the Asian twist. Shinjuku, Tokyo Top :: DayDreamer Clothing Coat :: Moussy Jeans :: Hudson Jeans Bag :: Gucci Sneakers :: Fashion Nova Bucket bags are so timelessly chic. It's a must-have item for every woman's wardrobe. The bucket bag is so unfussy and spacious. The drawstring design is everywhere this season. I have at least five different styles in my closet. But this new Olivia bucket bag from Keep Pursing is literally blowing me away! Its waterproof material feels soft and versatile. The creamy white color is just perfect for all my casual outfits like this simple blazer on jeans look. Travelers will love it for its lightweight, large space and easy-to-clean material (wow, can't believe you can remove stains with an eraser). I will surely bring this one for my upcoming trip to Japan.
It’s finally the sweater season in LA. I am so obsessed with the cozy style of sweater on jeans. Yes, it’s so simple and effortlessly chic.
Animal prints are the trend of this season! You see them everywhere on Instagram. Yes, they excited everyone's wardrobe this fall. Wild or tame, it's effortless to bring out the warm chicness with some zebra, snackskin or leopard prints. Should I limit the use of it? No. It's not limited to one statement piece for a look. I just can't have enough of it.
LBD is never out of trend! This is my favorite little black dress for this season. You know you much I love midi dresses. Rimka Design is an Los Angeles-based brand making chic, sohpisticated and feminine styles. This midi dress is so elegant and easy to style for any occasions. The sleeves of this dress are made of sheer meshed materal - how fun. The tie at the wrist is super cute and chic. There are lots of dramtic designs for crazy sleeves this year but this one is my favorite. They just looked so beautiful, a little crazy but not too much. I paired the dress with my glittery pumps from Badgley Mischka and a classic Chanel flap bag.
Being minimal and colorful sounds contradictory but this look is simply a shirt on a pair of boyfriend jeans. This is the easiest way to dress casually. With the bold colors on the shirt and distressed details on the jeans, this look is not so boringly minimal. I added some fun accessories to this look to make it even more colorful and playful.
The summer is finally showing its face. LA experienced heat wave last week and now the temp went back to 80F. This summer I have been wearing a lot of wrap dresses like this. I coordinated all my tan, citrus and ginger items for this look, is it too extra?
