When the first bottle ran out, I used the Optum Perks app to check the price. I just searched the prescription name Amoxicillin with the dosage and quantity. The app showed a list of discounted prices from the nearby pharmacies. I can sort the list by price or distance. I selected the closest pharmacy and saved the coupon. This discounted price looked much better than what we paid for the first bottle.

At the pharmacy, I just showed the prescription and the coupon from my phone. The price went down to the discounted price instantly. The pharmacist didn't even ask any questions. The whole experience was easy and smooth.  ​

​How much can I save?

The original price of 500mg 24-capsule Amoxicillin at CVS was about $20. With the Optum Perks coupon, the same bottle of medicine was only $7.45. We saved $12.55 on our refill. This was about a one-week supply. Robert will need a few bottles of Amoxicillin before he gets the fillings or inlays. I decided to stock up.   • Imitrex for migraines, 100mg, 9 Tablets, Walmart, $27.05 was $93.89

Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp 
Shrimp is a great source of protein EPA and DHA. This Gorton’s Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp uses whole shrimps with tails on and wraps the shrimps with panko. The panko crusts just up the tastes with amazing crunchiness and crispiness! It saves so much time for us to prepare a delicious recipe using Gorton’s products.

How to Gorton’s Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp (You can also find the instruction on the back of the package)
  • Preheat the oven to 425F
  • Place the shrimps on metal baking pan or sheet
  • Bake 16-19 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes (I usually bake 19 minutes for very chunky texture) 
  • Done! 
In a few minutes of baking, my kitchen is filled with its delicious smells – so irresistible!!! 
 
Don’t microwave the shrimps. The shrimp will be dry, and the crusts will be soft and tender. The chunkiness will be lost...

Prepare Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 2 
 
Here are the ingredients that you need: 
  • 8 Gorton’s Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 
  • Juice from fresh lime (optional)
 
Follow the easy steps:
  1. Prepare Gorton’s Crunchy Butterfly Shrimp
  2. Mix hot sauce with a half of the chopped cilantro
  3. Serve cooked shrimp with the mixed sauce
  4. Add more cilantro or lime juice (optional) 
  5. Enjoy:)
 
This shrimp will be a perfect appetizer for our happy hour (at home) or late-night snacking when we binge watch our favorite shows. Every single bite is flavorful. This taste is so fresh and firm. Its golden crunchy crusts just bring the seafood flavor to the next level. The breading just makes me so satisfied. This is really like gourmet food, but it only takes 20 minutes.
